Ginger Garden is located at 120° east longitude and 24° north latitude, with an altitude of 750-800 meters. There is foggy weather from this August to next March in every year, with special conditions such as soil, climate, water quality, etc. It has been definitely selected as a ginger planting area by the government and the people since the early Qing Dynasty, and has 200 years of history.
Liu,Ying-Ko, a native Shennong papa, has planted ginger for more than 50 years by himself. Due to the feeling of the importance of turmeric to human health, he devoted all his life to this land.
