Xinmei Leisure Farm has had a 33-year history. At first, the fruit trees were planted in it and produced fruits of each season, which was purchased by the wholesalers. Later, they were harvested well for 2 years but the price was not good, so the wholesalers did not receive the goods, which caused hoarding and wasted their efforts. The proprietress wanted to operate the orchard by herself, so they took one character from each name of the husband and wife to set up Xinmei Orchard, which was open to tourists and groups to collect fruits and go sightseeing. Upholding the three hearts, which are intentions, patience and peace mind, she walked to the present step by step and it transformed to a leisure farm with government guidance in 2006.

 

Every year, from May to June, it is the season for producing peach and plum. At this time, peach trees and plum trees have faded green and turned red gradually, and their branches are covered with solid fruits. With the sunlight, they are shining with attractive luster and sending forth sweet aroma, with a crisp taste and excellent flavor. From August to November, the cherry tomatoes are planted, and the fruit shape is oval, the peel was elastic, the taste is solid, the pulp is thick, it is sweet and slightly sour, and with a slight bite the aroma leaves on your teeth and you are fully satisfied. It is suitable for taste with both raw and cooked food. From December to April in winter, the self-pick activity is opened; the fruit queen "strawberry" is loved by both adults and children! It has color, fragrance, and taste, and has high nutritional value. With the diligent care of the garden owner, regardless of whether it is sunny or cold winter, the weeds will be pulled out by hand, and the extra branches and leaves of strawberries need to be carefully taken off, to provide the sufficient nutrients to the fruits, so that the full and sweet strawberries can be provided to many friends who can enjoy the sour and sweet taste. In addition, there are gingers that mature every winter solstice, and the quantity is limited, so it will be sold out!
